The APPEALIE SaaS Award for Customer Success was granted to Tripleseat


The APPEALIE SaaS Awards have named Tripleseat, the top web-based sales and event management tool for restaurants, hotels, and unique venues, as a winner.

Customer input and customer analytics, including Net Promoter ScoresTM, are used to choose winning SaaS products. Beyond entrant applications, APPEALIE does additional due diligence to guarantee that each winner satisfies its high criteria of excellence.

Tripleseat was named a winner of the SaaS Customer Success Award this year. These SaaS businesses were chosen based on the documentation they provided of client success stories and accomplishments.

Tripleseat discussed how the company has evolved into a veritable hospitality support network. In addition to releasing new capabilities to help restaurants with delivery and takeout, the company has taken a more active role in assisting businesses in surviving these adversities.
